Popular types of Mini Conveyors

1. PVC mini conveyor

• Belt material: Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), usually 2-3mm thick, green or white.
• Features: Low cost, easy to clean, good abrasion resistance. The frame is usually made of aluminum profile or powder coated steel.
• Advantages: Light, easy to install, suitable for small spaces.
• Disadvantages: Limited heat and chemical resistance (usually below 70-80°C), not safe for direct contact with food because it may contain toxic substances.

2. PU mini conveyors

• Belt material: Polyurethane (PU), thinner than PVC but more durable.

• Disadvantages: Higher price than PVC (about twice as much).

3. Mini rubber conveyor belt
