Basic operating principle of automatic palletizing robot station

• Receiving products: Products (such as boxes, packaging) are transported to the robot station via a conveyor system. Sensors or cameras will determine the location, size and type of products. This information is sent to the robot's central controller.
• Programming and control: Based on the input information, the control software will calculate the optimal path for the robot arm. Operators can easily program or adjust the stacking diagram on the touch screen, ensuring that the packages are neatly and stably arranged on the pallet.
• Loading and unloading: The robot arm moves to the designated position, using a specialized gripper/suction unit to pick up the package. The robot moves and places the package on the pallet according to the programmed diagram. This process continues until the pallet is full.
• Complete and new cycle: When a pallet is full, the system will automatically move this pallet out of the work area. A new empty pallet will be placed in position, and the loading and unloading cycle will start again, ensuring that the production process is continuous and uninterrupted.
