- Palletizing Robot:
  • Robot arm: Usually a 4 or 6-axis industrial robot, capable of moving flexibly in many directions.
  • Grippers: Specially designed to clamp, suck or pick up detergent bags/bags securely and safely. The grippers can be mechanical clamps, vacuum suction cups, or a combination depending on the characteristics of the packaging.
  • Control system: Includes control cabinet, programming unit (PLC), HMI screen to set the loading and unloading program, adjust speed, position.
  • Base and support frame: Ensure the robot is firmly fixed and operates stably.

- PVC Belt Conveyor:
  • Conveyor belt: Made of PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride), high durability, abrasion resistance, moisture resistance, easy to clean and usually blue or white. The surface can be smooth or ribbed to increase friction.
  • Conveyor frame: Similar to roller conveyor, made of steel, stainless steel or aluminum, supporting the entire system.
  • Support roller and traction roller: Support roller below the belt, traction roller (active drum, passive drum) to create movement for the belt.
  • Motor and reducer: Provide traction for the belt.
  • Tension system: Ensure appropriate tension for the belt.
