Pulley roller (V-pulley roller) is a V-belt drive roller, an important part in conveyor systems. The outstanding feature of this type of roller is that it has a V-groove that is machined directly on the tube or attached with an external plastic pulley, helping to transmit indirectly through the V-belt. Pulley rollers are widely used in conveyor systems that require smooth and synchronous operation, such as V-belt drive roller conveyors.
Structure and specifications of the Pulley roller
The structure of the pulley roller includes the following main parts:
- Roller tube: Galvanized steel, powder coated steel or stainless steel, common diameters Ø38, Ø50, Ø60, Ø76 mm... depending on the load.
- Shaft head: Round steel, threaded, keyed, or hexagonal for fixing.
- Bearing: Precision ball bearing mounted on both ends, pre-greased, with dust cover.
- V-groove pulley: Turned directly on the tube or mounted on the outside of the plastic PA pulley. This is an important feature to help drive by V-belt
- Roller tube diameter: Ø50mm
- Roller length (RL): 200 - 1100 mm (depending on conveyor belt size).
- Pipe material: Galvanized steel, stainless steel 201/304,
- Shaft: Ø12mm, steel material C45, stainless steel.201/304

Pulley Roller Applications
