REPAIR

WARRANTY

Product warranty is: to fix defects and technical problems that occur due to the fault of the manufacturer.

A. Warranty Policy
  • The productsare warranted for free if theys still have the warranty period calculated from the date of delivery; the productsare warranted within the warranty period stated in the Warranty Book, the Warranty Stamp and in accordance with the company's regulations. 
  • There is a warranty card and stamp of the companny on the product. In case the products do not have a serial number written on the Warranty Card, they must have a Warranty Stamp of Intech Vietnam Company (including the original Warranty Stamp).

B. Cases not covered by warranty
  • The products have expired or lost the warranty card.
  • The number of barcodes and serial numbers on the product are unknown or wrong compared to the Warranty Card.
  • Arbitrarily dismantling, repairing by individuals or technicians who are not employees of Intech Group Company
  • The productsare burnt or damaged due to mechanical impact, deformation, falling, breaking, impact, scratches, damage due to moisture, rust, water leakage, animal intrusion, natural disaster, fire fire, and using the wrong voltage regulation

TROUBLESHOOTING

In order to provide customers with the best after-sales service, Intech Group introduces the Customer Care Center, hotline 02466 806 795. This center provides information, answers questions about products, prices, warranty of the products manufactured by Intech Group.

Customer Care staff are professional consultants, always professionally trained to be able to answer customer questions, receive and process customer information quickly and conveniently.
